ONLINE Comedy Writing Workshop for Celebrants with Eddy Rockefeller + Julie

Contrary to popular belief, being funny is not a magical gift a few special people are born with. It’s a skill anyone can develop.

In this online workshop, comedian Eddy Rockefeller and Celebrant Julie Muir will pull back the curtain and teach you how!

You’ll learn how to extract the gold from your couples’ questionnaires, stretch funny situations and make them funnier, and hone your ceremony delivery for maximum punch.

If you know how to write the sweet and meaningful stuff but you aren’t 100% confident about how to get the guests to belly-laugh on cue, then this workshop will help you round out those edges and take your celebrant game to the next level.

Eddy Rockefeller is a Newcastle-based standup and musical comedian, performing and running events all over the Hunter. She is known for providing quality entertainment and bearing all onstage.

Julie Muir, a Newcastle-based celebrant and mentor. She is an introvert who conquered her fear of not being funny enough to become one of Newcastle’s most well-known and engaging celebrants.
