2nd Annual International Conference on Innovative Teaching & Learning

Matt Hensley, Ph.D. (East Tennessee State University) and Stewart Waters, Ph.D. (University of Tennessee, Knoxville) are thrilled to announce that the annual International Conference on Innovative Teaching & Learning (ICITL) will be hosted virtually September 26-27, 2024.

In its 2nd year, the ICITL virtual conference opportunity aims to gather higher education faculty and researchers, teacher educators, undergraduate/graduate students, and P-12 teachers across all education disciplines to explore and share cutting-edge ideas and research findings related to innovative teaching & learning in the 21st century. We welcome presentations, talks, workshops, and/or digital posters on the following topics across all education disciplines:

• Models and frameworks for innovative teaching and learning

• Inclusive and equitable approaches to innovative teaching and learning

• Digital pedagogy and edtech tools to augment teaching and learning

• Innovative approaches for teaching and learning in virtual and hybrid learning environments

• Disciplinary-specific literacy skills

• Assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes

• Data science in education

• Teacher professional development

Virtual Conference Experience

To provide an interactive and user-friendly conference experience for presenters and attendees, the International Conference on Innovative Teaching & Learning will be hosted via Google Sites. For flexibility and convenience, the following synchronous and asynchronous presentation delivery options are available:

• Live Zoom Sessions

• Pre-Recorded Video Sessions

• Digital Poster Presentations

Note: All live zoom sessions will be recorded and made accessible on the conference website to be accessed by attendees.
