About Helen
Helen is an adventurous Wedding Photographer who lives on the edge of Sheffield, bordering the Peak District National Park. Her style, approach and photography direction has evolved over the years from having her children, and hopes to be a voice to normalise the pauses and shifts in a woman’s career within the creative industry.Helen graduated University with a first class honours degree in Commercial Photography and has been working professionally in the commercial field for over 19 years, yet has fine tuned in more recent years her style and direction to focus on the Wedding and Elopement industry, an area that she was once taught to snub, whilst raising her 4 children with her husband.She specialises in luxury outdoor adventures and uniquely wild wedding days. Her biggest passion is being able to photograph people right in the heart of nature. Her calming presence enables her to capture intimate and true emotions throughout the entire Wedding day and it enables people to instantly feel relaxed around her.Helen works with The Peak District Foundation and has pledged to donate from every booking to them for the upkeep of the Peak District National Park so that it can be preserved, enjoyed and photographed in for many more years to come.
