What is a Beautillion-Cotillion?
A Beautillion-Cotillion is a formal presentation of young ladies (debutantes) and a rite of passage for young men (beaus) that marks their coming of age. This tradition dates back to the royal courts of Europe and the rites of passage traditions of Africa. During a six-month program, college-bound juniors and seniors are immersed in a leadership and social development program designed to provide cultural and civic enhancement.
Mission
The Beautillion-Cotillion will showcase the gifts and talents of young men and women participating in the program while advancing the goals and objectives of the fundraising and scholarship program. Our mission is to develop both confidence and service in tomorrow’s leaders.

The Palm Beach Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Beautillion-Cotillion Leadership Program is our signature fundraising and scholarship event benefiitting the Palm Beach County community and beyond. Proceeds from the Beautillion-Cotillion will help us continue transformational work in the following 501(c)(3) organizations:
